Our culture
The ideas behind our work at Primal Fusion have roots in many different disciplines and schools of thought. We don’t think that all the big questions have been answered yet — in fact, we don’t believe the most important questions have even been asked yet. This means you’ll have the freedom to experiment, learn from mistakes, and figure out best practices even as we work enthusiastically to get things done.
Our small-company feel means we communicate well, working closely together and holding each other to high standards. We are a project-based organization, agile and highly collaborative. We welcome input from everyone, whether at formal team meetings or at last-minute “rollups” which anyone can call.
Our space
